Overview:

• Develop Theatrical strategy and budget.

• Solicit, book, and negotiate theater playdates, terms, and virtual print fees. 

• Manage Theatrical marketing, Technical lab, delivery of assets, trailer rotation, and holdovers.

• Submit film to rating boards as needed and obtain guild approvals as required. 

• Negotiate and arrange festivals as needed.

• Recommend key art designers and trailer editors, Publicity agencies, Social Media agencies, Advertising agencies, etc.

• Coordinate with theatres for special needs, premiere, Q & A, step & repeats, etc. 

• Manage metadata submissions to Rentrak and reporting to Producers

• Collection of box office settlements.
